Delivery and Returns

Order

An order is considered valid once payment has been accepted by MerveilleNature. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases:

  • If a prior dispute exists with the client.

  • If we believe there is a risk of default on payment.

In these cases, MerveilleNature may request additional information, such as proof of identity or address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days , the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded.

All orders are processed subject to stock availability.

Deliveries within Metropolitan France

We only deliver within Metropolitan France . Currently, we do not deliver abroad or to French overseas territories.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered for all orders over €65.

Free Pickup

We also offer a free collection service at Mail Boxes Etc. ( 20 Avenue du Président Paul Séramy, 77870 Vulaines-sur-Seine, France) . Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that your parcel is available for collection.

Order Preparation Time

The delivery times indicated for the delivery options refer only to shipping time. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for order processing.

Return policy

General Terms and Conditions

Our return policy is valid for 30 days . After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Not used.

  • In its original condition, accompanied by its original packaging.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

  • Intimate or sanitary products.

  • Dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Certain health and personal care products.

Return Process

To complete your return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and validation of the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

In case of delay or non-payment, we invite you to:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank to find out the processing times.

  3. Contact us at contact@merveillenature.com if the problem persists.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged. Email contact@merveillenature.com to arrange the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, an equivalent credit will be offered. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Sale or Promotional Items

Promotional items are non-refundable.
