Gourmet green nettle smoothie

Benefits : Rich in minerals, boosts energy, supports skin and detoxification.
Preparation time : 5 minutes
For 1 large glass

Nettle detox smoothie with fresh medicinal herbs, honey and blueberries, perfect for a natural spring detox.

Ingredients :

  • 1 handful of fresh nettle leaves (or 1 tsp of powdered nettle)
  • 1 ripe banana (for sweetness)
  • 1 apple (green or red, according to your taste)
  • ½ squeezed lemon (for a touch of zest)
  • 200 ml of water or plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut...)
  • (Optional) 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten
  • (Optional) A few ice cubes for an ultra-cool effect

Preparation :

  1. Wash the nettle leaves thoroughly (if fresh).
  2. Cut the banana and apple into pieces.
  3. Squeeze the lemon.
  4. Blend all ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tip : For added benefits, add a teaspoon of chia seeds or spirulina.
