For 1 large glass

Ingredients :
- 1 handful of fresh nettle leaves (or 1 tsp of powdered nettle)
- 1 ripe banana (for sweetness)
- 1 apple (green or red, according to your taste)
- ½ squeezed lemon (for a touch of zest)
- 200 ml of water or plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut...)
- (Optional) 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten
- (Optional) A few ice cubes for an ultra-cool effect
Preparation :
- Wash the nettle leaves thoroughly (if fresh).
- Cut the banana and apple into pieces.
- Squeeze the lemon.
- Blend all ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Tip : For added benefits, add a teaspoon of chia seeds or spirulina.
