Vitality and Soothing Herbal Tea

Preparation : 5 minutes + 10 minutes of infusion
Per 1 cup (250 ml)

Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon of nettle (dried leaves)
- 1 tsp peppermint
- 1 tsp lemon verbena
- 250 ml of hot water (90°C)
Preparation :
- Mix the herbs in a tea ball or a strainer.
- Pour in the hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes .
