Infusion : Pour one tablespoon of herbs per cup (approximately 250 ml) into simmering water, then let it steep, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy up to 3 cups per day.

Infusion : For optimal relaxation, drink a poppy infusion 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. You can also combine it with other relaxing herbs such as chamomile or verbena for a synergistic effect.
Syrup : This remedy is ideal for children. To prepare it, infuse 10 g of petals in 170 ml of very hot water. Strain the infusion, then add 340 g of brown sugar. Give 2 to 4 teaspoons (depending on age) before bedtime.
