Why This Programme Was Created
Before MerveilleNature, I worked as an employee, dedicated and very demanding of myself.
Outwardly, everything looked fine. Internally, I was living under constant tension.
I once heard this phrase:
“You’ll know you’re burned out when you can no longer get out of bed.”
That idea deeply affected me. I didn’t want to wait for a collapse before reacting. I didn’t want my body to have to scream for me to finally listen.
What I Understood
I took courses. I read, studied, and tested different approaches.
I haven’t found a magic solution.
But I realized something essential: stress becomes destructive when we stop renewing our resources.
It’s not about strength or weakness.
It’s about awareness, consistency, and the right method.
What I Want to Share
What worked for me will not necessarily work for everyone.
But the principles themselves are universal:
