  • • Respiratory health and antibacterial effect : Soothes the throat and chest, eases breathing, relieves irritation and inflammation of the respiratory tract, while helping to fight bacteria and maintain respiratory health.

    • Immune support : Strengthens the body's natural defenses and supports resistance to microorganisms.

  • • Antioxidant properties : Protects cells against free radicals and supports the body's overall antioxidant capacity.

    • Digestive support : Facilitates digestion and contributes to digestive comfort.

  • Preparation method:

Infusion : Pour one tablespoon of herbs per cup (approximately 250 ml) into simmering water, then let it steep covered for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Recommended uses:

    • Infusion : You can drink up to 5 cups per day. When more concentrated, thyme infusion offers a stimulating effect, comparable to coffee or tea, but without their drawbacks.

    • Mouthwash and gargles : Prepare a decoction with 100 to 120 g of thyme per liter of water, boiling it until the volume is reduced by half. As a mouthwash, thyme helps combat canker sores, pyorrhea, and stomatitis (inflammation of the oral mucosa). As a gargle, it is particularly effective in relieving pharyngitis and tonsillitis.

    • Cooking : Use fresh or dried thyme to enhance your dishes, especially meats, soups, and sauces, while enjoying its beneficial health properties.
