  • A trio of plants designed for your transit

Rowan, blackthorn, and mallow are three plants traditionally used in herbal medicine to support sluggish transit and soothe digestive discomfort. A simple synergy, designed to act gently on a daily basis.

Rowan (flowers and fruits) is appreciated for its action on intestinal transit and for promoting gentle digestion.

Blackthorn (fruits), rich in tannins and natural fibers, is associated in herbal medicine with digestive comfort and regular transit.

Mallow (flowers and leaves), a mucilaginous plant, has long been used to soften and soothe the intestinal mucous membranes, ideal in cases of digestive discomfort.

Our tips for optimal digestive comfort

    1. Adopt a fiber-rich diet: fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
    2. Try blond psyllium or flax seeds to support transit.
    3. Stay active and hydrate sufficiently every day.

  • Situations where this herbal tea can be particularly beneficial

    • Occasionally slow transit
    • Feeling of heaviness due to sluggish transit
    • Change in diet, lifestyle, or season
    • Prolonged sedentary lifestyle or travel
    • Seeking a gentle and natural digestive routine, without sudden effects

Plants sourced from passionate small producers

We work primarily with small Polish producers committed to agriculture that respects plants and the environment.

The majority of our plants are not organic certified, mainly because certification processes are often too costly for small artisanal farms. However, this does not question the quality of their work or their cultivation methods.

Our producers favor natural and traditional practices, such as using plant preparations based on nettle or comfrey rather than aggressive chemical treatments.

  • Preparation method

Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 tablespoon of herbs. Let steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes and enjoy hot.

    Recommended uses

In traditional herbal medicine, plants are often used as a course of treatment, gently supporting the body over time. For this herbal tea, a course of 2 to 3 weeks is generally recommended, at a rate of 1 to 2 cups per day.

A 50g sachet generally allows for about a 10-day course of treatment at a rate of 2 daily cups. For a complete 2 to 3-week course, generally plan for 2 to 3 sachets depending on your daily consumption.

  • Precautions for use

Do not consume if you are allergic to any component. Store the product in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, out of reach of children.
