  • Your metabolism deserves a comprehensive and coherent approach

Glycemic balance is a fundamental pillar of our daily energy and health. When it falters—due to a diet rich in refined sugars, stress, or lack of activity—the entire body feels the effects: fatigue, cravings, weight gain, progressive imbalances.

Our Glycemic Balance Herbal Tea combines seven complementary medicinal plants, carefully selected for a natural and holistic approach to metabolic well-being.

Bilberry leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus): Traditionally used to promote sugar metabolism balance, bilberry leaf is also rich in antioxidant polyphenols that contribute to blood vessel protection—particularly valuable in a comprehensive metabolic approach.

Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica): Remineralizing and tonic, nettle supports overall metabolic function. It naturally provides numerous minerals and trace elements that contribute to the body's daily vitality.

Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale): Traditionally used to support liver and digestive functions, dandelion plays an essential complementary role in this formula. Since the liver is central to sugar and fat management, its proper functioning contributes to overall metabolic balance.

Hawthorn flower (Crataegus monogyna): Hawthorn does not directly affect blood sugar, but provides valuable support to the cardiovascular system—particularly relevant in a comprehensive metabolic approach where the heart and blood vessels are often involved.

White mulberry fruit (Morus alba): White mulberry fruits complement and reinforce the action of the leaves, while providing antioxidants and naturally sweetening the infusion's flavor.

Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum): Used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine, Ceylon cinnamon is appreciated for its action on carbohydrate metabolism. It also brings a warm and gourmet note that makes this infusion pleasant to consume daily.

Together, these seven plants form a synergy designed to act on several levels: sugar absorption, liver support, antioxidant protection, general vitality, and cardiovascular support.

    Plants from small, passionate producers

We work mainly with small Polish producers committed to agriculture that respects plants and the environment.

The majority of our plants are not organic certified, mainly because certification processes are often too costly for small artisanal farms. However, this does not question the quality of their work or their cultivation methods.

Our producers favor natural and traditional practices, such as the use of plant preparations based on nettle or comfrey rather than aggressive chemical treatments.

  • Preparation method

Pour each tablespoon of herbs into a cup of hot water. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, covered, then enjoy hot or warm as desired.

Consume 3 times a day, preferably 20 to 30 minutes before each main meal.

    Recommended uses

In traditional herbal medicine, plants are used as part of a course of treatment to gently support the body over time.

For this herbal tea, a 3-month course of treatment is recommended, with a one-week break each month. This duration allows the plants to act gradually in a balanced approach.

A 50 g sachet corresponds to approximately 1 week of use, for a consumption of 3 cups per day (1 tablespoon per cup). For a 3-month course of treatment, plan for approximately 9 to 12 sachets depending on your consumption.

  • Precautions for use

These plants are to be used in conjunction with a balanced diet and do not replace prescribed medical treatment.

    • Do not stop your medical treatment without medical advice.
    • If you are undergoing medical treatment, consult your doctor or pharmacist before any course of treatment.
    • Risk of hypoglycemia when combined with antidiabetic drugs — monitor blood sugar regularly.
    • Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
    • In case of allergy to a component, do not consume.
    • Store in a cool, dry, and tightly closed place, away from light, out of reach of children.

The information presented is based on traditional uses of plants in herbal medicine and does not constitute medical advice.
